Sterling silver Celtic revival cloak pin with a slim silver circle 2 3/8 inches in diameter with thistle finials. The pin is 3 1/4 inches long and has a thistle on the top. A traditional design from Scotland probably originating in the Dal Riata period of Scottish history. This pin is undoubtedly a modern version of this old style. This Pin was probably made in the last 50 years, since it tested as sterling and has very little surface wear. Pin is unmarked and has no hallmarks present anywhere. This fabulous cloak pin could also be worn with a nice shawl or scarf for a more modern look. Celtic adornment and Jewelery.
