Vintage and very unique, sterling silver pin / brooch. Very ornate fancy filigree work of Norwegian craftsmanship. This style is commonly referred to as a traditional Norwegian wedding pin brooch. They were worn to weddings in the hopes that the small mirror discs would ward off evil. Stamped on verso 925 and SV. It is executed in a fabulous, ornate, raised relief, and filigree design, very eye catching. It measures Approx. 1 inch in diameter, and it is in very good condition.
